The cook is responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, supervising kitchen assistants, contributing to and coordinating cooking and food preparation processes, and assisting in the development of the restaurant's menu. The role also includes maintaining the quality of dishes and contributing ideas for the development of new recipes.
