Coordinate with design and project management teams to ensure CMEP scope alignment. Supervise and monitor CMEP installation activities on-site. Create and manage the standard scope and specifications for CMEP service selling scope and products. Technical Coordination & Problem Solving Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements. Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide engineering solutions. Liaise with consultants, clients, and vendors on technical matters. Team Leadership & Resource Management Manage CMEP Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring proper manpower allocation for projects. Develop team capabilities through training and technical coaching. Create and manage strategic resources for execution, including manpower, tools, and subcontractor networks. Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project standards. Quality Assurance & Compliance Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Ensure CMEP works comply with regulatory standards, codes, and client requirements. Manage handover processes and documentation for CMEP scopes. Material & Vendor Coordination Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules of CMEP materials. Verify material quality and certifications as per project specifications. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation. Reporting & Progress Monitoring Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients. Track project milestones, material consumption, and manpower utilization. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
