GUCCI Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for driving the merchandising strategy and business performance of the assigned product category across the Northern & Central Europe region, ensuring alignment between Global and EMEAI objectives and local market needs. Acting as the key point of contact for the assigned category, this role oversees buying activities, assortment optimization, stock productivity, and product performance. The Retail Merchandiser leverages business insights, market knowledge, and client understanding to maximize sales, profitability, and client experience. In addition to owning the assigned category, the Retail Merchandiser supports the overall HUB business by contributing to cross-category analysis and store performance reviews during store visits, partnering closely with peers and regional stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements.
