Join Achieve Wealth Technologies now through Kalibrr. We are looking for a Lead Closer for our Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic in Cedar Park, TX, that is "Results-Oriented". Our Definition of "Results-Oriented" means: - you are only focused on the Results you produce for our patients, and not the effort you put in - not wanting recognition for effort, as you will always be rewarded for achieving Results that our patients want. - not expecting rewards and compensation, for not achieving the Results that our patients want Company: Achieve Integrative Health Job Description: - Primary Responsibility: Close Leads, provide 5 star service for all Leads. - Secondary Responsibility: provide 5 star concierge service for our current patients - Take on additional responsibilities based on your professional strengths. Work Hours: - Option 1 = full-time, US Central Standard Time (Graveyard shifts in Philippines/Indonesia) = ~8am-6pm cst (2 hr lunch break) Mon-Fri - Option 2 = Part-time, 1pm-6pm cst Mon-Fri Compensation Rules: - if you Qualify for this position via Criteria 1, then your starting base salary will by $7 USD/hr for the first 90 days. If you pass the 90 day probation, you will qualify for performance based bonuses in addition to your $7 USD/hr base. - if you qualify for this position via Criteria 2, then your starting 90 day probation salary will be $5/hr. If you pass the 90 day probation, you will qualify for performance based bonuses and your base compensation will be based on the results you produced during the 90 days.
