MCQUEEN Retail Manager

SUMMARY This position is responsible for setting up and managing the retail and store operations according to the company principles and guidelines, i.e. reflecting the company image and representing the company to its customers. Formulate and implement policies, strategies, and business development plans of the store to achieve or exceed sales, profits, and cost objectives. Work closely with Merchandising Department for merchandise assortment and selection to execute programs to increase effectiveness and sales of merchandise. Maintain positive customer relations and monitor customer feedback. Train, motivate, and develop subordinates to provide the desired standards of service and ensure succession. Ensure an optimal and motivating work climate.
