As the center of excellence (CoE), the manager ensures alignment of talent strategies with business objectives while preparing the workforce for future needs. The role involves staying abreast of industry trends, benchmarking best practices, and forecasting talent requirements for the next 3-5 years to drive workforce planning strategies and continuous development. This position leads the implementation and optimization of talent strategies to build a high-performance culture that supports both current and future business success.
