As a Client Care Advisor, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and ensure their pets receive the best care possible. Building strong relationships with clients and the practice team is crucial, as you will manage client interactions, appointments, and payments with confidence and professionalism. This part-time role involves working 22.25 hours per week over 4 days, including 1 in 4 Saturdays.The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and capable of handling various situations, from comforting clients to celebrating their pets' milestones. A love for pets and a passion for service will drive your enthusiasm in this role.
