You’ll lead a talented team, working closely with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure our packaging is compliant, consistent and visually compelling.You’ll play a key role in delivering our 3-year Packaging Roadmap—driving innovation, improving processes and ensuring the highest standards across all artwork and print outputs.What you’ll be doingLead delivery of packaging artwork in line with our long-term Packaging StrategyManage and develop a team of artwork leads, ensuring clear ownership and balanced workloadsEnsure robust processes, templates and checklists are in place for consistent and compliant deliveryOversee artwork sign-off processes and ensure all outputs meet required standards and timelinesWork closely with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in artwork and print processesSet and track KPIs across internal teams and external partners to ensure performance and accountabilityIdentify training and development needs within the team and support capability buildingKeep up to date with industry trends, innovations and print finishes—bringing fresh ideas into the businessSupport cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress across the businessExplore new research and development opportunities with industry experts and partnersWhat we’re looking for5+ years’ experience in packaging artwork managementExperience managing packaging artwork across complex supply chainsStrong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and print processes (FMCG experience beneficial)Proven people management experience across internal teams and external partnersAbility to manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects effectivelyExperience with project management tools (PRINCE2 is a bonus)A degree (or equivalent) in packaging or a related fieldSkills that will help you thriveStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrategic thinker with excellent attention to detailProactive, solutions-focused mindsetConfident presenting ideas and influencing outcomesA collaborative team player who brings others along on the journeyWhy join Pets?
