My experience at PPG Asian Paints has been truly wonderful. Mutual trust and respect among colleagues are some of the key attributes that every employee practices. Co-operation over-writes competition in every field of play. Everyone works towards a common objective of meeting organizational goals. There is a very high focus on team building and employee development. We are led by a strong leadership team, which I think is half the battle won.
