Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist | Porto

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist fluent in English to join the team of a multinational company with a growing Shared Service Center in Matosinhos. Location: Porto, Matosinhos Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h to 17h or 9h to 18h Regime: Hybrid (3x at the office and 2x homeoffice) Your mission: - Invoice and Payment Processing; - Handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed; - Ensuring accurate billing in accordance with contracts and sales orders - Online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration; - Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting. Who We're Looking For: - Solid experience in Finance/Accounting; - Fluency English (mandatory a C1 level); - Additional languages are highly valued: French German Italian Spanish and others; - Solid knowledge of Excel (mandatory to be comfortable using formulas, pivot tables and vlookups); - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar is a plus; - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset; - High sense of responsibility and team spirit, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
