Work from Lisbon, Portugal Office-based role Rotational shifts Portuguese employment contract As an Advertisers Support Specialist with Hebrew and English , you will help small and medium-sized businesses with advertising-related questions, technical issues, and platform guidance. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting small and medium-sized businesses through chat, email, and phone. Handling customer questions related to advertising tools and services. Making outbound calls when needed to make sure customer cases are resolved on time. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products. Helping clients use platform tools and features correctly. Troubleshooting technical issues and reporting possible bugs. Requirements: Hebrew at C2 level English at B2 level Interest in online advertising, social media, and new technologies. Availability to work full-time in Lisbon. Availability to work in rotational shifts. Working conditions: Full-time work: 40 hours per week. 8 hours per day plus 1 additional lunch break hour. Rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday. Working hours may be scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00. Workplace located in Lisbon Portuguese public holidays apply. Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law. Training lasts 15 working days.
