Advertising Support Specialist - Social Media Platform: Turkish

Start: 30.07.26 We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about online advertising, social media, and technology. You will support business clients by helping them navigate advertising tools, resolve platform-related issues, and improve their overall advertising experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Your Role Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team
