Work from Lisbon, Portugal Office-based role 24/7 rotational shifts Portuguese employment contract As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide professional support to customers, helping them resolve platform-related issues and use the client’s products effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting consumers and business users of the client’s platform. Providing reactive support across multiple communication channels. Helping customers with billing and invoicing matters. Troubleshooting account access issues. Guiding and supporting customers in using the client’s products. Requirements: Fluency in English language. Experience in technical support, being tech-savvy, or/and having a strong interest in AI. Availability to work full-time from the office in Lisbon. Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system. Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail. Working conditions: Full-time work: 40 hours per week. Fully paid training. 8 hours per day plus an additional lunch break. 24/7 project with rotational shifts. Portuguese public holidays apply. 22 days of holiday per year, according to Portuguese law. If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you may receive a compensation day, subject to project approval. What the employer offers: Portuguese employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months. Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years. Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, provided that you already have a NIF and Social Security number. Meal allowance paid on a prepaid meal card. Christmas and holiday allowances paid monthly. Salary: Base salary: 938 EUR gross/month. Holiday allowance: 78.17 EUR gross/month. Christmas allowance: 78.17 EUR gross/month. Meal allowance: 154 EUR/month, example based on 22 working days. Total monthly gross salary: 1248.33 EUR. Variable productivity bonus: up to 200 EUR, depending on monthly performance.
