AR/Collections - English Speaker | Porto

Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst (English Speaker) You will work closely with external partners to drive performance, resolve operational challenges, and ensure service excellence. Responsabilities - Manage and monitor the Accounts Receivable portfolio. - Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections. - Resolve customer disputes, deductions, and payment discrepancies. - Prepare AR reports, aging analysis, DSO, and collection KPIs. - Support month-end closing and audit activities. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Order-to-Cash cycle. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or Finance Operations. - Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and basic accounting principles. - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus (French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese).
