Compliance Guardian Trainee

What you’ll do: • Approval, verification of certificates/declarations about recycled and organic materials - the whole process from verification to approval of the declaration. • Preparation of statements, declarations for the whole collection so that they can be placed on the website. • Revision of labels, current with Triman. • Support in transferring all information from the main file to SPRO. • Organization of folders, sorting past certificates that were not well managed, etc. • Support in the management of product categories (pens, bags,..) from the point of view of managing tests. What you need to bring: • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or similar; • Domain of MS-Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook); • Knowledge of English; • Available for an IEFP Internship.
