Conference Support Officer

Adecco is Hiring | Training Support Officer At Adecco Recruitment, we are currently looking for a Training Support Officer to join a leading European agency based in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in training coordination, e-learning, learning management systems, and educational support, who are looking to contribute to impactful international projects. Key Responsibilities: Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of training programmes, particularly within prevention and education initiatives Assist in the planning, delivery, administration, and monitoring of training activities Manage participant registrations, communications, documentation, and training records Support the use and maintenance of e-learning platforms and digital learning tools Contribute to course evaluation processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, tables, graphics, and methodological documentation Collect, organize, and analyse information from surveys, research publications, and other sources Coordinate with trainers, stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of training activities What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Learning Technologies, Instructional Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning platforms, learning management systems, online training administration, educational content development, or instructional design Experience supporting adult learning and professional development initiatives Knowledge of survey tools, questionnaires, data collection, and reporting processes Advanced proficiency with digital communication and collaboration tools Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment What We Offer: Opportunity to work within a prestigious international organization Exposure to innovative training and digital learning projects International and multicultural working environment Dynamic and collaborative team culture Valuable professional development experience within a European institution Ready for your next challenge?
