As a Customer Representative (Italian-Speaking), you will support customers with their insurance policies and provide assistance throughout their customer journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Handle customer requests via phone and chat - Provide clear information about insurance policies and services - Process customer requests through the policy administration system - Prepare and send replies, contractual documents and relevant information by email or post - Update customer and policy information - Process policy changes and payment detail updates - Handle requests related to claims and cancellations - Index and electronically archive documents - Ensure a professional, clear and positive customer experience What are we looking for? You’ll be a great match if you: - Have C2-level Italian - Have a B2 level of English - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Communicate in a professional, clear and diplomatic way - Have previous customer service experience – a plus - Are proactive, organized and self-motivated - Enjoy working as part of an international team Don’t tick every box?
