Data Annotator - German Speaker (Lisbon Onsite)

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators fluent in German to support a world-renowned short-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low-quality content. Key Responsibilities: - Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria - Accurately label content into specific poor-quality categories for model training - Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager - Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility Requirements: - Good command of English and German (minimum B2 level) - Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon - Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus - At least 6months experience in data annotation or content moderation. - Strong attention to detail and ability to support team improvement Benefits: - Base Salary: 950€/ month - Language Bonus: 400€/ month - Onsite Work Model - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week) - Opportunity to work with a global tech client - Supportive and inclusive team culture in a newly established Lisbon office At Thoth AI, we foster a familiar and supportive work environment where every team member is valued and encouraged to grow.
