DevSecOps Engineer (Hibrido, Porto)

Principais Responsabilidades: Coach and mentor the Operations team on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, automation, and modern DevOps practices. Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and deployment processes. Own, manage, and continuously improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release. Maintain and support the existing Windows Server and IIS infrastructure. Drive and support the migration of existing applications and infrastructure to OpenShift and containerized environments. Collaborate closely with Development teams in Paris to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient software delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote automation across the production environment. Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration between distributed teams. Requisitos Mínimos: Strong scripting and automation experience using Python and PowerShell. Hands-on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release. Solid background in Windows Server and IIS administration. Practical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, and pods. Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code. Knowledge of C# to better understand and support existing applications. Experience with infrastructure modernization and cloud-native transformation initiatives. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative DevOps environments. Regime de trabalho híbrido.
