Global Transition Lead - Porto

Adecco Recruitment is currently recruiting a Global Transition Lead to join the team of a prestigious client, in an international and fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the transition and mobilisation of new contracts; - Coordinate internal teams, clients and multiple stakeholders throughout the process; - Define transition plans, timelines and milestones; - Ensure the successful implementation of new contracts within agreed deadlines and objectives; - Manage multiple stakeholders, countries and functional areas; - Identify and resolve challenges, ensuring projects continue to move forward; - Lead complex programmes, with a strong focus on execution and delivery; - Promote continuous improvement across processes and outcomes. Education & Experience - Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or a relevant field; - 58 years of relevant professional experience; - Experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Transition Management or large-scale implementations; - Experience working in international and multicultural environments; - Good command of English.
