Growth Manager – Rent-a-Car (m/f) – Lisbon (Hybrid)

Our client is a world-leading company in automotive services which, with a view to growth, is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Growth Manager. You will drive revenue and ancillary growth across a tiered partner portfolio, owning performance strategy and proactive risk management to maximize booking volumes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive booking volume and revenue growth targets by monitoring performance and identifying key growth drivers per partner; - Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase attachment rates and optimize portfolio performance; - Develop 12-month growth plans for each partner, setting and tracking clear booking, revenue, and ancillary targets; - Lead partner discussions focused on financial growth and benchmarking performance against peers using data-driven insights; - Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance performance; - Monitor portfolio performance and contribution targets, proactively identifying risks and coordinating cross-functional responses. Qualifications: - Proven track record in growing revenue or commercial performance within a B2B partner portfolio; - Experience managing and negotiating commercial agreements (e.g., commissions, incentives, renewals); - Background in travel, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital distribution is advantageous; - Experience with API or white-label integrations is a strong plus; - Ability to lead strategic commercial discussions with partners; - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
