HSE Technician

Key Responsibilities: -Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. -Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits. -Implement and promote safety procedures, including toolboxes and safety briefings. -Investigate incidents or near-misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. -Collaborate with the project management team to maintain a strong safety culture. Mandatory Qualifications: -Valid and recognized Health and Safety certification (e.g., CAP de Técnico de Segurança no Trabalho or equivalent certification). -Solid knowledge of European safety regulations and industrial standards. General Requirements: -Fluency in English (written and spoken). -Proven experience in the HSE field, preferably in industrial, construction, or metalworking projects. -Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. -Availability to work in Germany (relocation required).
