Junior Responsible Sourcing Specialist (COEU) Porto, Portugal | Continental Europe Scope Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing Are you passionate about sustainability, responsible business practices, and using data to drive meaningful change? We are looking for someone to support the deployment of Responsible Sourcing initiatives across Continental Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international team and contribute to sustainability programs that create positive environmental and social impact across multiple countries. Your Mission As a Junior Responsible Sourcing Specialist, you will help coordinate key sustainability initiatives, monitor performance, manage reporting activities, and support country teams in achieving their Responsible Sourcing objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across Europe, ensuring data accuracy, project progress, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Reporting & Data Management - Collect, consolidate, and validate Responsible Sourcing data from multiple European countries. - Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. - Support KPI monitoring and sustainability reporting cycles. - Project Coordination - Track action plans and project milestones. - Follow up with local teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. - Support workshops, meetings, and working groups. - Sustainability Programs Support - Assist with the deployment and monitoring of key programs including EcoVadis | EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) | Due Diligence initiatives Inclusive Sourcing | Food Safety and Supplier Compliance - Support supplier onboarding and sustainability assessments. - Help monitor compliance and performance evolution. - Prepare presentations, toolkits, training materials, and governance documents. - Support communication initiatives related to Responsible Sourcing. - Collaborate with country teams, buyers, suppliers, and regional stakeholders. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. - Initial experience or internship in sustainability, procurement, reporting, analytics, or project coordination is a plus. - Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and structure data. - Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent English is mandatory- additional European languages are a plus.
