Managed Service Manager - Braga

At the moment we are looking for the following candidate: Managed Service Manager - Hybrid (Braga) Requirements: • Be from Braga and attend to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, at least. • Experience with delivery a medium/large team (15+) using Agile methodologies. • Knowledge and experience of Service Delivery in Cloud (AWS) very nice to have. Expectations: • Team knows what to deliver. • Clear priorities to the team. • Remove blockers to the team. • Manage dependencies between teams. • Have clear visibility of the risks. • Alignment of expectations with stakeholders. • Deliver with quality and on time. • Deliver what is promised.
