Principais Responsabilidades: - Administer and maintain observability and monitoring platforms. - Manage and support monitoring infrastructure and related systems. - Implement and maintain CI/CD processes for observability solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and monitoring issues. - Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to enhance monitoring, automation, and service reliability. Requisitos Mรญnimos: - At least 5 years of experience with Zabbix or strong experience with enterprise monitoring solutions. - Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar. - Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases. - DevOps mindset with experience in Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Ansible. - Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds) is a plus. - Experience with Windows and Linux administration is an advantage. - Zabbix Certification is a plus. - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Fluent English (minimum B2); French is considered an advantage.
