Openshift Administrator (Hibrido, Porto)

Principais Responsabilidades: - Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters. - Manage incidents, support requests, upgrades, installations, and Day 2 Operations activities. - Perform cluster lifecycle management, capacity planning, and infrastructure changes. - Build and maintain container images using Red Hat base images, Dockerfiles, and Jenkins pipelines. - Develop and enhance automation, monitoring, dashboards, and operational processes. - Support Linux production environments, including server administration, troubleshooting, patching, and migrations. - Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to deliver reliable platform services. - Participate in production support activities, ITIL processes, and an on-call rotation. Requisitos Mínimos: - Proven experience with OpenShift 4.x and/or Kubernetes administration. - Strong Linux system administration skills (Red Hat Enterprise Linux). - Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM). - Knowledge of Ansible, Python, Git, Dockerfiles, and Jenkins pipelines. - Experience supporting production environments, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and capacity planning. - Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. - Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and participate in an on-call support rotation.
