Your Role Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives
