Power BI Developer (Hibrido, Lisboa)

Principais Responsabilidades: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements. Own BI projects from requirements gathering through delivery and deployment. Build and optimize data models, including star schemas, relationships, and measures. Develop advanced calculations using DAX. Perform data transformation and preparation using Power Query (M). Optimize report performance, scalability, and dataset efficiency. Apply data visualization best practices, including UX, storytelling, and usability principles. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across BI assets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data models, and refresh processes. Contribute to BI standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Requisitos Mínimos: 6-9+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service). Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data modelling concepts. Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions independently. Knowledge of performance optimization, data quality, and security features (e.g., Row-Level Security). Familiarity with modern data platforms and BI deployment practices is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
