Production Operations Lead*

"ROLE: Oversee daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures in a food/supplement manufacturing environment Coordinate and guide production operators to ensure efficient workflow Monitor performance, identify constraints, and implement immediate corrective actions Schedule production activities and maintain accurate records Ensure materials are readily available for production Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager Support training and integration of new production staff QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or related fields (preferred) Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings Previous experience leading teams (preferred) Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Good Excel skills and confidence using digital tools Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to accuracy OFFER: Being a major growth contributor in a startup growing rapidly; Young, fast-paced and energetic work environment; Schedule flexibility and potential hybrid work (after training period) Employee discounts, health insurance, gym access and other perks.
