Join a growing organisation and help shape our integrated management and ESG agenda. We are looking for an experienced Quality, Health & Safety, Environment & ESG Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving initiatives across Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and ESG, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation while promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement, sustainability and operational excellence. You will work closely with key functions across the business and play a central role in embedding these principles into our operations, processes and products. Key Responsibilities • Lead and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System, based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). • Ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and internal requirements, including hazard identification, risk assessment and implementation of effective control measures across industrial operations. • Lead the implementation and development of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System, with the objective of achieving ISO 45001 certification. • Develop and implement safety procedures, emergency preparedness and response plans, and relevant training and awareness programmes. • Lead the investigation of incidents and accidents, defining corrective and preventive actions and monitoring their effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental requirements, including waste management, emissions, environmental permits and other regulatory obligations, while driving appropriate improvement and corrective actions. • Coordinate the site's ESG strategy, ensuring alignment between local initiatives and the Group's overall ESG objectives and policies. • Define, monitor and report relevant ESG KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, transparency and reliability. • Promote initiatives related to social responsibility, diversity & inclusion, business ethics and sustainable business practices. • Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Procurement, HR, Laboratory and Sales, ensuring that Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and ESG requirements are effectively integrated into the organisation, processes and products. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence across the organisation. About You • University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field. • Qualification as a Senior Occupational Health & Safety Technician/Professional is preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to operate effectively in an industrial/production environment. • Good knowledge of quality and management systems, with experience using SAP or equivalent ERP systems and Microsoft Office. • Good written and spoken English (mandatory). • A proactive, structured and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
