Quality Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a growing technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of digital products and applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality, testing strategies and continuous improvement, with a strong balance between automation and manual testing. What you'll do - Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance and reliability; - Design, create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements; - Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium; - Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and validate user experience; - Identify, document and track bugs, working closely with development teams for timely resolution; - Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle; - Design and execute performance tests to validate system scalability and stability under load. What we're looking for - Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field; - Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role; - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices; - Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or JUnit; - Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python or JavaScript; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Attention to detail and a structured testing approach; - Good communication and collaboration skills; - Good level of English. Nice to have - ISTQB or similar certifications; - Experience with performance testing tools; - Previous experience within logistics or supply chain environments.
