Customer support role Rotational schedule Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:00 2 rotational days off per week As a Viewer Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for viewers and will support them with account, application, and technical questions. Your role will be focused on providing clear, accurate, and professional assistance through different communication channels. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting viewers by phone, chat, and email. Answering questions related to accounts, applications, and platform usage. Providing support with software functionality. Troubleshooting system configuration and network-related issues. Giving accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries. Recording details of customer interactions, questions, complaints, and actions taken. Representing the brand in a professional and helpful way. Requirements: Italian language at C2 level English language at B2 level Availability to work in rotational shifts. Comfortable providing support through phone, chat, and email. Working conditions: Remote working model, but only for candidates located within a 50 km radius of Lisbon. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:00. Project operates 365 days per year. 2 rotational days off per week. Full-time role. What the employer offers: Base salary: 1,000 EUR . Monthly bonus: 100 EUR .
