You must have: 5 years of professional experience in SecOps roles or similar Additional experience in automation and DevSecOps practices More advanced knowledge of security tools (SIEM, SAST, scanning tools) Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) Experience with Linux system administration and/or SOC analyst roles Knowledge of networking, protocols, and security fundamentals (firewalls, IAM, MFA) Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) at an operational level Strong documentation and follow-up skills We value: Experience across both academia and industry; Applied causal inference; Distributed computing; Experience with combinatorial optimization / operations research in real-world contexts.
