System Operator. (m/f).

IT House is looking for a System Operator for a direct placement with an end client in the digital marketing sector. Main Responsabilities - Configure technical settings for email campaigns; - Monitor and optimise key deliverability metrics, including inbox placement, delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints ; - Maintain and protect domain and IP reputation ; - Identify and resolve deliverability issues, ISP blocks, and blocklist incidents ; - Analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions when required ; - Maintain accurate records and reporting on deliverability performance. Requirements - Degree, technical course, or at least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field ; - Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments ; - Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher) ; - Basic HTML knowledge to identify common email coding and rendering issues ; - Understanding of key email deliverability metrics and performance monitoring ; - Strong organisational and prioritisation skills ; - Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
