Your Role Provide first-line technical support to business customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Log, manage, and prioritize incidents while ensuring agreed service levels are met Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when required Perform remote troubleshooting and assist users through screen sharing and remote access tools Monitor, update, and follow up on support cases until resolution Document incidents accurately and maintain customer records within internal systems Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining high technical standards
