Windows Packaging Engineer (Hibrido, Porto)

Principais Responsabilidades: Package, test, deploy, and maintain Windows applications throughout their lifecycle. Provide technical support for application packaging and production environments. Automate packaging and deployment processes using PowerShell and DevOps practices. Maintain application compliance and improve deployment standards. Support Windows Server environments, including installation, troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimization. Manage incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modernization and continuous improvement initiatives. Requisitos Mínimos: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). 2–3 years of experience in Windows application packaging or a similar role. Strong PowerShell scripting skills. Experience with Windows Installer (MSI), MECM, Microsoft Intune, and PSADT. Knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows Server environments. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools. Understanding of ITIL processes and DevOps practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Regime de trabalho híbrido.
