We are seeking to hire a Retail Training Manager based in Singapore, report directly to Retail Excellence Manager to manage the training initiatives in SEAO region, not limiting to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia & New Zealand. Your opportunity The Retail Training Manager is responsible for adapting and managing all aspects of the training and development initiatives for retail staff at all levels primarily in SEAO region. The main objective is to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill sets, standards, and highly motivated and engaged in contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the company’s vision and values
