ROLE Drive Saint Laurent Japan’s WRTW & WSHOES business based on clear product strategies. Oversee all merchandising activities, including seasonal buying, product training, sales initiatives, allocation and inventory rebalancing, performance tracking. Deliver regular reporting and post-season analysis to support future product development. Partner cross-functionally to implement tactical actions that enhance sell-through and align with brand objectives. MISSION Ensure commercial success and long-term growth of the WRTW & WSHOES business in Japan by maximizing product relevance, driving in-store performance, and translating global strategies into locally resonant actions. Strengthen alignment between merchandising, retail, and marketing to elevate the brand experience and exceed business targets.
