The Marketing Communication Strategist, This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, compellingly communicate a brand's story, and demonstrating a keen design sensibility alongside strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Possess a deep knowledge in marketing, develop strategy that covers a project life cycle, starting from the initial stages of project development, project launching plan, to create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve annual targets.- The candidate must be able to analyze and utilize all sources of internal and external data to propose strategies based on credible metrics and well-reasoned analysis. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate monitoring and analytical skills that resulted in marketing insight that help improve performance of each project campaign with tangible results.- Capable of developing a comprehensive marketing year plan for a mixed projects portfolio, include devising promotional and pricing tactics for campaigns and communication strategy that cover customer touch points spanning both ATL and BTL channels.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of brand communication, be able to leverage project positioning and unique selling points to craft exceptional brand building strategy for each responsible projects while acting as a brand guardian that ensure all brand communications are consistent and creatively compelling across all touchpoints. - Be a good manager, Able to manage and organize teams and handle large workloads to ensure timely and goal-oriented completion according to specified timelines.- Be a good team player, able to collaborate effectively with individuals from various departments, and adept at maintaining positive relationships between the team and relevant stakeholders.
