Lead chef, senior lead and head event chef work for chefs comfortable leading teams and running events from start to finish — from job sheet to function — managing kitchens, running the pass and ensuring plate presentation is at the highest level. Busy through June, July and September, then over winter to Christmas. £20.97/hr (£23.50 inc. holiday) up to £28.00/hr (£31.38 inc. holiday), depending on client, project and function size.
