Head of Organic Growth (SEO / CRO / AI Search)

Join Johnson Group as a director-level leader to build and own the agency's organic growth discipline across SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, and the rapidly emerging field of AI/Generative Search. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll set organic strategy across a multi-client portfolio, mentor specialists, and develop the agency's POV on how AI-driven search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) are reshaping organic visibility. You'll need 7+ years of progressive experience with deep expertise in GA4, enterprise testing platforms, technical SEO, and a clear point of view on AI Search optimization.
