Kitchen Showroom Sales/Admin Assistant

The post holder will provide sales assistant and administrative support to Grappenhall Kitchen Company, with a strong focus on customer experience. The role involves communicating with customers, filing and administrative duties, and diary management. The postholder will deal with customer enquiries via both email, telephone and in person, responding accordingly and completing the required documentation. The postholder will also communicate with trade suppliers and contractors.
