Differentiated Learning: Support diverse learner needs, providing extra help to struggling students and enrichment for advanced ones. Classroom Management: Establish a safe, respectful, and organized learning environment that fosters student participation. Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and participate in departmental or staff meetings. Technology Integration: Utilize technology in the classroom to enhance mathematical understanding. Key requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
