To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. You will serve as a Administration Specialist and be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operation of the NMC, while assigned in the Administration Branch of the Program Support Division (NMC-3) at the NMC. Typical work assignments include: Serves as the Unit Training Officer responsible for identifying and coordinating training needs for the unit. Manages onboarding and offboarding of personnel. Manages civilian personnel performance plans, progress reviews and final ratings in accordance with the evaluation schedule. Identifies ways to improve or enhance current practices and programs.
