This position is best suited for someone who is confident, physically capable, safety-focused, and experienced in maintaining a calm environment when supporting individuals who may experience behavioral challenges. What You’ll Do:Provide steady, reassuring in‑home support to maintain a safe environmentAssist with routine daily care, hydration reminders, and scheduled personal‑care tasksOffer guidance, calm communication, and supportive redirection when neededSupport mobility and help ensure safety during daily activitiesMonitor general wellbeing and follow established care routinesMaintain professional boundaries and structure throughout the shiftWhat We’re Looking For:Caregivers who are patient, observant, and able to remain calm under pressureExperience with behavioral support or willingness to learnAbility to follow structured routines and maintain a safe, predictable environmentReliability, clear communication, and strong problem‑solving skillsRequirementsCNA/PCA or supervised caregiving experience for a minimum of one year.Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Negative PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last yearPhysical Exam within the last yearMust be registered as a caregiver with the state of California (Home Care Registry)
