Description
JOB PURPOSE: Coordinates all aspects of the developmental, implementation and evaluation of the efficacy of individualized interventions, which are designed to address the priority needs of the clients on his/her caseload. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Collects data on all formal programs on assigned caseload. Conduct Scheduled activities Monday through Friday as scheduled on the clients' active treatment schedules. 2.
