Come join our TJX family-a Fortune 100 company and the world's leading off-price retailer.Job Description:Accuracy Control Associates ensure operational processes are effectively inspected and merchandise quality checked from a financial and control perspective and that all merchandise movement meets with company standard operating procedures and best practices.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:Compiles and maintains quality reports of all audits made for receiving, put-a-ways, profile, replenishments, picking, packing and returns. Ensures that company standard operating procedures ae followed. Ensures merchandise shipped to our customers meets our requirements. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Notifies Operations Supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any incorrect or damaged merchandise issues. Notifies supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any unsafe storage issues. Performs other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, ShippingHave working knowledge of ManhattanPC literate (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Ability to operate RF equipment where neededAbility to multi-taskAbility to climb stairs and / or walk/ stand consistently throughout the dayExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Detail oriented and accurate reportingAvailable to work overtime and flexible schedulesAbility to stay on task with minimal supervisionHeavy lifting up to 75 poundsNo corrective actions on fileMust have good attendance recordJob DescriptionShift: Monday - Thursday, 5:15PM - 3:45AMPay: $16.75 per hour + $0.50 premium + $2.00 shift differential=$17.25Associate discount; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); smoking cessation support; bereavement leave; 401(k) Associate contributions; credit union; cell phone discounts.
