Chef de Partie – 3rd Chinese Wok

Within the Chinese Cuisine Brigade, the Chef de Partie – 3rd Chinese Wok Chef is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the wok section by preparing and executing wok-fired dishes in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and operational requirements. Working under the supervision of the 1st and 2nd Chinese Wok Chefs, this role contributes to the delivery of authentic Chinese cuisine across the property's restaurants, lounges, banquets, and special events. The Chef de Partie – 3rd Chinese Wok Chef plays an important role in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and culinary excellence during service periods. This position requires strong technical wok cooking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences in line with Mandarin Oriental's luxury hospitality standards.
