Crew Member - Melt/Casting

Summary: The Crew Member of Casting Production is to work with the casting of various grades of molten iron into EEC sand molds. Responsible for the prep of the sand molds prior to pouring as directed by the supervisor. Once the iron is ready to cast, alloys will need to be tossed in by hand and temperatures taken. Employee will be responsible for pulling the handle which physically allows the iron to pour into the mold and/or reducing the risk of runout by cooling the iron. Safety is a top pri…
