Dale Phillips

Dale co-founded Stellar and serves as CEO. Before Stellar, he spent seventeen years as President of Mark-Taylor Residential. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than 35,000 units across multiple states for institutional owners and national developers and led the stabilization of more than 25,000 Class A units through lease-up. The organizations he led earned #1 Best Places to Work recognition in Arizona and nationally. Stellar was built around the standards Dale spent his career setting.
